About this variety

Wildflower Honey in bulk

Wildflower is where most large industrial and private-label contracts end up, because the buyer sets the specification rather than the season. You give us a target Pfund range, a moisture ceiling, an HMF limit and a price, and we build the blend from graded single-origin stock to hit it — then hold that same profile for every shipment on the contract.

Every blend is trialled at lab scale, approved against a retained reference sample, and re-verified before drumming. That reference sample is kept for the full shelf life, so any claim can be checked against the exact material you approved.

Guaranteed analysis

These are the contract values we ship against, not typical values. Every batch leaves with a certificate of analysis from our in-house laboratory, plus a third-party report from an accredited laboratory where the destination market or the buyer requires one.
