Linden Honey in bulk
Linden is a forest honey, not a farm honey. Our beekeepers migrate into the Tilia stands of Heilongjiang and Jilin for a bloom that lasts under three weeks, in an environment with effectively no agricultural spray pressure — which is why linden consistently returns the cleanest pesticide panels of anything we ship.
The sensory profile is what sells it: a cool, almost menthol aroma over a bright, slightly balsamic sweetness. It commands a premium in Poland, the Baltics, Ukraine and Russia where consumers buy linden by name, and it is increasingly specified by herbal tea and lozenge manufacturers who want that aromatic lift to survive processing.

Drums are shipped upright and strapped; liquid grades are pumped at controlled temperature to protect HMF and diastase. Reefer or insulated-liner shipment is available for long transits through the tropics.
Related varieties
Acacia Honey
Our highest-volume export variety. Harvested from black locust forests along the Yellow River basin, acacia honey stays liquid and clear for 18–24 months, which makes it the default choice for glass-jar retail packing and squeeze bottles.
Vitex Honey
Also sold as chastetree honey. A bright amber, fully-ripened honey from the mountain scrub of northern China, and the workhorse of the bulk trade: consistent supply, consistent spec, competitive landed cost.
Jujube Honey
Also traded as date honey. Very high viscosity, deep amber, with a caramel-malt character. Strong demand in the Middle East and among Chinese-diaspora retail channels.
