Vitex grows wild across the dry hill country of Hebei, Shanxi and Beijing's mountain districts, and the bloom runs long — six to eight weeks — which is exactly why it underpins bulk contracts. Where acacia is short and volatile, vitex delivers volume with a spec sheet that barely moves from season to season.
It is a fully-ripened honey with a firm, honey-forward flavour and a warm amber colour that photographs well in glass. Buyers who need a single variety to carry a year-round private-label line, or a reliable base for a blend that must hit a target colour, usually land on vitex.

Drums are shipped upright and strapped; liquid grades are pumped at controlled temperature to protect HMF and diastase. Reefer or insulated-liner shipment is available for long transits through the tropics.
