Sunflower Honey in bulk
Sunflower is a field crop honey, harvested off the contract sunflower plantings of Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang and Gansu. Volumes are large and pricing sits at the value end of our monofloral range, which makes it the natural fit for high-turnover retail and industrial buyers.
Its defining property is rapid, fine-grained crystallisation driven by high glucose. Fought against, that is a defect; used deliberately, it is the cleanest route to a stable creamed honey with no phase separation and a colour that stays vividly yellow in the tub. We supply it either fully liquid for the packer's own seeding process, or pre-crystallised to specification.

Drums are shipped upright and strapped; liquid grades are pumped at controlled temperature to protect HMF and diastase. Reefer or insulated-liner shipment is available for long transits through the tropics.

Acacia Honey
Our highest-volume export variety. Harvested from black locust forests along the Yellow River basin, acacia honey stays liquid and clear for 18–24 months, which makes it the default choice for glass-jar retail packing and squeeze bottles.
Vitex Honey
